My facebook was hacked and now is disabled. I am not able to get onto my facebook account since Dec 3rd. now. I have a small business page through facebook and that was how I was hacked. Someone made an Ad on my profile. I am not able to log in at all. I have had multiple emails that are the hackers too as they are emailing me saying that they are facebook sopport and they want me to purchase something through crypto for $85. I have not clicked on any of there links or provided any information. I have blocked and reported. I have not heard anything from Meta to help me out at all.

I'm afraid this is not a thing Microsoft support can help with.

Facebook (as you mention) is Meta and you need their support to try to resolve the issue.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation with Facebook. To appeal for the reactivation of your disabled account, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Visit the Facebook Help Center: Go to the Facebook Help Center and look for the section on disabled accounts. There should be an option to appeal the decision regarding your account.
    2. Fill out the Appeal Form: If you find the appeal form, fill it out with accurate information regarding your account and the situation. Be sure to explain that your account was hacked and that you have taken steps to secure it.
    3. Provide Identification: You may need to provide a form of identification to verify your identity. This could include a government-issued ID.
    4. Check Your Email: After submitting your appeal, keep an eye on your email for any responses from Facebook. They may reach out for additional information or to inform you of the status of your appeal.
    5. Avoid Phishing Attempts: Since you mentioned receiving emails from hackers posing as Facebook support, be cautious. Do not click on any links or provide personal information to anyone claiming to be Facebook support unless you are sure it is legitimate.

If you do not receive a response from Facebook, you may need to try reaching out through their official support channels on their website or through their social media pages.
