Data explorer spinning / unresponsive Edge

Yesterday was working fine until late morning. Any attempt to open Item or run a query against cosmos container spins for a very long time the first time, subsequent attempts return: "Error sending request: Failed to fetch"

Another coworker experienced the issue and I confirmed. Think it was related to an outage yesterday, but when that outage was resolved we still have the issue.

Is only occurring for him and I, other coworkers seem to be fine. They did not access data explorer during the outage however.

We have cleared cache, signed in and out of azure, reproduced in Chrome browser, rebooted, with no luck.

    Hi Krizan, Steve,

    Please check firewall settings in Network tab - make sure to check "Allow Access from Azure Portal" upon choosing Selected Network in Networking tab.
    Share a HAR file (via browser DevTools > Network tab) and any Console error logs you see when the error happens. Could you please confirm if your Cosmos account uses Private Endpoints or a routing gateway
