Assessment Results Error

I completed the assessment for Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage automated processes by using Power Automate. I clicked the Submit button, I'm taken to a new page that shows my assessment is still grading and to refresh if I don't see results in 60 seconds. That page continually errors out. My profile also does not show the credential was earned though the assessment grading shows I passed.
