How to cancel Minecraft Realm, HELP!!

So I started a mc realm for a few friends a few months back, I cancelled it how I have in the past however I still got charged for it. When I go through the subscription page on Minecraft to cancel, it sends me to my Microsoft account where it says I have no active subscriptions and my last purchase was the free trial that has now been cancelled in April (iv still been charged the last 2 months since)

Iv tried going through my Microsoft store on my pc to cancel it but it sends me to the same page where it says I have no active subscriptions. This is the only Microsoft account I have, it is linked to my PC and to my MC account.

    Hi,

    Your Minecraft Realms subscription was purchased through the Microsoft Store app, not the web portal. That’s why your Microsoft account online shows no active subscriptions.

     

    To stop the charges:

    Open the Microsoft Store app on the same device used for purchase.

    Sign in with the same Microsoft account.

    Go to Profile → Settings → Manage subscriptions.

    Cancel Minecraft Realms Plus there.

    If you can’t find it:

    Check account.microsoft.com/services with the same account.

    If still missing, contact Microsoft Billing Support and request a refund for recent charges: Microsoft refund page.

     

    Cancelling through the Minecraft site doesn’t stop billing if the subscription was initiated via Microsoft Store. You must cancel it from the same platform where it was purchased. Happy to help!
