Thanks for reaching out. I understand the need to disable the windows security app. It is built into Windows and cannot be fully removed. You may disable the real time protection or the app but it is not recommended. As it may expose your system, your information/dat/files to risks such as malware infections and such.

Here are your options if you really wanted to turn it off.

1. Turn off real-time protection Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Manage settings. Switch off Real-time protection. Note: It will turn back on after a restart for safety.
2. Disable notifications In Settings > System > Notifications & actions, find Windows Security and turn off notifications.
3. Use Group Policy or Registry (advanced) If you want to stop it permanently, you can disable Windows Defender via Group Policy or Registry, but this is risky and not recommended unless you have another antivirus installed.
