Hello, I need help to get rid RAT on my PC. I have already factory reset my PC, but it still has infected files. I have run Microsoft Safety Scanner, which found infected files. However, when running MSRT, no infected files were detected. Is there any other way to make sure that this virus is really gone and I don’t have any infected files? I checked both files and apparently there are no viruses or malware. The only thing that appears to be detected is Malwarebytes and McAfee, which is your antivirus software, so everything seems okay.
Where did you check for infected files?

I did the Microsoft Safety Scanner, and it detects 6 infected files. I also run a new scan on FRST. Please see the new attached file.

See the final details of MSRT, which I believe may be McAffee and Malwarebytes that it is identifying, since in the game it identifies them as infected files.
If possible, check the details at the end to see if it indicates which files were infected.
If you have any applications with P2P, MSRT will identify them that way, but nothing is infected, at least not identified by FRST.

Hi Ivan, thank you for your attention. Currently, I'm asking the same topic to other forums. To protect the step from the other advisor, I will re-run the MSRT and check the details.
FYI: As I remember, there is nothing such "check the details" in my attached files because I use Microsoft Safety Scanner. I also run the MSRT (Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool) you asked but they detect nothing. The infected file is detected on Microsoft Safety Scanner. Let me know if they the same program or not.

Access the folder c:\windows\debug\msert.log; it should show in the logs what was infected.
