Hi! I just created a child account on a Windows 10 laptop to gift to my child for Christmas. But I cannot use the password I just created to log into the account on the laptop. When I use the the link on the login screen to reset password, it says theres an issue with the account that can't be fixed, and to go to account.microsoft.com - I can't reset her password from the family site, nor can I get through the recovery process as there has never been an email sent from her brand new account.
