one plus blutooth device (neck band) not listed in new devices

In my pc go to add new bluttoth device there is not show the one plus bluetooth neck band.But it was shown in mobile. others blueetoth devices are visible in pc.

    Hello,

    Are your OnePlus wireless earbuds in pairing mode? If not, that's probably the issue.

    To put your headphones in pairing mode (which allows devices to connect to your headphones), push the shortcut button on your headphones for about 3 seconds and then look for your earbuds in the Bluetooth menu on your PC.
