Hi CHRIS AMBROSE,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear Copilot isn’t responding to any scroll actions. Please try to maximize Edge to see if it helps to temporarily bypass the issue. If already maximized, resize the window manually by dragging any edge and then restoring it.
Since Copilot runs inside Edge WebView/Edge surfaces, cached UI data can break scrolling behavior. Go to Edge > Settings > Privacy, search, and services. Under Clear browsing data, choose Cached images and files > Clear. Also, click on Reset settings and choose Restore settings to their default values > Reset
A previous Q&A thread shows scrolling issues when an extension interferes with Copilot’s container. Try toggle off all non‑Microsoft extensions and then restart Edge
If your issue persists, please try press Ctrl + Shift + C and click the empty space under the chat box. Press Del, then Ctrl + Z. This resets the content tree and restores the scrollable region.
