iOS builds take too long to prepare and build

We have a mobile iOS app that we are building and distributing to firebase for testers. The build takes too long, and also the prepare task which has dependencies etc also take too long, > 1 hour. I have configured macOS latest and we use xcode 16.2 locally and 16.4 in pipeline. I cant seem to understand where I can adjust the yaml so that we can reduce the time and make run more quick.
I would like to make this question private.
