    Dear Samyar Mortal

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Thanks for reaching out to us about the issue with accessing online multiplayer (like GTA Online and FH5) using your shared Xbox Game Pass subscription via the Home Xbox feature.  Based on your description and the community feedback you’ve seen, this is most often due to a temporary hiccup in how the console verifies your shared Game Pass license with our services.

To best assist you, could you please clarify these points first:

    • Which Xbox Console are you using? (e.g., Xbox Series X/S or Xbox One)?
    • Does the issue occur on ALL non-subscriber profiles, or just one?
    • Is the profile that owns the Game Pass subscription able to access the online multiplayer features on the same console without issue?

In the meantime, please consider my suggestions and let me know anything news from it:

    • Press and hold the [Xbox button] on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely > Unplug the power cable from the back of the console and wait 5 minutes > Plug the cable back in and turn the console on.
    • Press the [Xbox button] to open the guide > Go to [Profile & system] > [Settings] > [General] > [Network settings] > Select [Advanced settings] > [Alternate MAC address] > [Clear] > Select [Restart].
    • Sign in with the [Game Pass subscriber's account] on the affected console > Press the [Xbox button] to open the guide > Go to [Profile & system] > [Settings] > [General] > [Personalization] > Select [My home Xbox] > If the box is checked, select [Remove this as my home Xbox] > Go back to the same menu [My home Xbox] > Select [Make this my home Xbox]
    • Sign in with [Game Pass] account > [Game Pass Ultimate] > [Manage] > Turn off recurring billing > [Confirm] > Wait 5 mins > Turn on > Restart Xbox.
