I wanted to share a printer troughout the host PC , because the printer is USB B only and the host pc is using Windows 10, I wanted to access the printer trough my Laptop as a Windows 11 user. As I am doing this at home, i put the network to PRIVATE, and included printer sharing turned on, but for some reason i cannot access even the host's computer in File explorer > Network trough my Laptop. But for some werid reason, from the host's computer, I can access my laptop trough Network in File Explorer.. I don't understand what could be the issue.

Both of the devices are using a Local account. And host's PC is using LAN connection and laptop uses WiFi NOTE:(I tried using LAN connection, still didn't work!), and yes, both of the computers are connected to the same Network and Router.

    Hello,

This sounds like a generic network issue, try performing a network refresh on both your devices.

Open Command Prompt as administrator: Search for "cmd" in the Start menu, then right-click and select "Run as administrator".

    1. Release the IP address: Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
    2. Renew the IP address: Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
    3. Close the window: Type exit and press Enter to close the Command Prompt.

Maybe try ipconfig /flushdns as well

    Hope this helps,

    JC
