Hello,
This sounds like a generic network issue, try performing a network refresh on both your devices.
Open Command Prompt as administrator: Search for "cmd" in the Start menu, then right-click and select "Run as administrator".
- Release the IP address: Type
ipconfig /releaseand press Enter. - Renew the IP address: Type
ipconfig /renewand press Enter. - Close the window: Type
exitand press Enter to close the Command Prompt.
Maybe try ipconfig /flushdns as well
