Azure DevOps Services would like to check who's the owner

• Navigate to your Azure DevOps Organization: Go to your Azure DevOps portal (e.g., https://dev.azure.com/{yourorganization}).
• Open Organization Settings: In the lower-left corner, click on the "Organization settings" gear icon.
• To check the owner of that particular organization, navigate to General=>Organization Owner
• Under the "General" section, click on "Users". Here, you'll see a list of all the users in your organization, along with their roles.
• Or Project administrators can manage settings within a specific project.

Navigate to your project =>Click Project settings => Go to Permissions => Project Administrators.

This will list all users or groups that have project administrator rights.

• To Identify Administrators, look for users who have the "Project Collection Administrator" or "Organization Owner" role. These users are the ones with administrative privileges.
• If you're unsure about a user’s role, you can also click on each user's name to see more details about their permissions.
