This issue is a known problem where a Windows Update can unexpectedly trigger BitLocker recovery on Lenovo laptops, even if you never manually enabled BitLocker. The recovery key is usually auto‑generated and stored in your Microsoft account or with your organization’s IT admin.
I would strongly suggest to reach out to your IT team for recovery key. Without it, the only option is to reinstall Windows.
