Not too familiar with the icon you have boxed in, can you shift right click it when it's active and try to find where the taskbar shortcut where it leads.

Why does a new "Main Window" appear in the taskbar whenever the laptop is turned on? And why does it appear intermittently? What is the purpose of this "Main Window"?
