what if we dont want AIP Protection (in the early stages of AIP deployment)?

Hi,

If we just wanted to Classify and Label documents - and have no AIP Protection for the first 3-6 months while we roll out AIP...could we disable this option in the AIP client and how?

How do we hide the "Protect with custom permissions" option?
