I’ve been on holiday for the last 3 weeks so have been slow on the uptake of this tool; in case you haven’t spotted it check it out here. It basically snapshots a BizTalk deployment, allows you to update the assemblies and restore the configuration as it was without all that nightmare stop, unenlist, undeploy, deploy, bind, enlist, start stuff!
