Do you advise admins to create a new admin account to run the rebasing tool?

Q: On permissions to do the rebasing - someone (somewhere) alluded to a permissions problem with Exchange Full Admin or Domain Admin accounts due to a default Deny permission in Exchange. Is guidance to create a new account to run the rebasing tool?
A: Yes you can create a new account that starts with "view only Exchange" permission and then follow KB article 930879. It will give you the steps to give the proper permissions to the account
