If only I had known this - now we all do!

Often the smallest or funniest things can get you a long way - in your own tasks or with a customer case (if you are a partner). Do you also sometimes discover a smart way to use CRM - and smile at that you now can do it even better? Here are some examples and many more can be found in the different materials.

  • Shift-click headers to sort on mare than one column
  • Save an Advanced Find and share it so other users can have the benefits as well - a quick way for (super)users to make 'views'
  • Export search results to Excel and have data dynamic! - Have data populated to a web og management report easy and for every one without SQL or special reporting skills
