An interesting side effect of moving the Platform Builder tools into the VS 2005 shell is that it's possible to press "F9" to set a breakpoint in non-source files such as a BIB file (see image below)
Note that the breakpoint won't fire unless you have the Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Binary Image Builder Runtime Execution Engine installed.

setting breakpoints in the BIB file is a bug, this really shouldn't work, and breakpoints don't fine (because there isn't any code to break on). There isn't a BIB Runtime Engine - that was a joke.
