SharePoint 產品版本

需要 SharePoint Server 2010 或 SharePoint Foundation 2010。SharePoint Workspace Mobile 無法連線至在較舊的 SharePoint 產品版本上的網站。

虛擬私人網路伺服器

虛擬私人網路 (VPN) 伺服器是用以發佈跨公司防火牆的 SharePoint 網站。這可讓使用者從公司防火牆外面連線至內部 SharePoint 網站。Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) 是 Windows Phone 7 與 Windows Phone 6.5 上 Microsoft Office Mobile 支援的唯一 VPN 伺服器。

驗證

SharePoint 2010 產品支援許多驗證方法。本節說明 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 所支援的驗證方法。

內部網路

若要從公司防火牆內部連線至 SharePoint 網站需要具備下列條件：

• 使用者已在行動裝置上設定 Wi-Fi 連線，讓他或她能存取公司網站上的 SharePoint 網站。

• SharePoint 網站已設定成使用 NTLM 驗證。NTLM 是內部網站中 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 支援的唯一驗證方法。

網際網路

SharePoint Workspace Mobile 不支援直接連線至網際網路區域中的網站。若要使用 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 連線需要下列項目：

• 在 Forefront UAG 伺服器上已透過 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 發佈 SharePoint 網站。
• 在 Forefront UAG 伺服器上已發佈適用於 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 的 SharePoint 網站。
• 使用者已在其 Windows Phone 裝置上設定 Forefront UAG 設定。

當使用者連線至發佈的網站時，Forefront UAG 會識別 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 傳送的使用者代理程式，並以 401 查問回應。SharePoint Workspace Mobile 使用在行動裝置的 Forefront UAG 設定中設定的使用者認證，以基本驗證來向 Forefront UAG 驗證。Forefront UAG 就會向 SharePoint 網站驗證使用者。

注意：SharePoint Workspace Mobile 會將具有完整網域名稱的網站 (例如，https://hrweb.contoso.com) 視為在網際網路區域中。
