Serge Luca, one of Belgium's WF and WCF experts, recently gave a good presentation at the Microsoft Enterprise & Development Summit in Luxembourg. During that presentation he showed how to expose a workflow as a WCF service using Visual Studio 2008 Beta 1 and targeting .NET Framework 3.5.
A few days ago, Serge blogged his step-by-step tutorial explaining how you can build this based on an expense report example. Good stuff!
