Note 1: Regular support of Windows Server 2003 with Service Pack 2 ended in 2010. So there aren’t going to be any new hotfixes except for the Security hotfixes.
Note 2: These will not be included in any "Service Packs", since there are no plans for a "Service Pack 3" for Windows Server 2003.
Note 3: As any hotfix, you should test in your Test or Quality Assurance environment before being rolled out.
