This article describes how to contact support for your instance of Apache Kafka & Apache Flink on Confluent Cloud on Azure, an Azure Native Integrations service.
Contact support
To submit a support request to Confluent, either contact Confluent support or submit a request on the Azure portal.
Note
First-time users should reset their password before signing in to the Confluent support portal. If you don't have an account with Confluent Cloud, send an email to cloud-support@confluent.io for assistance.
In the portal, you can either submit a request via Azure help and support or submit a request directly from your instance of Apache Kafka & Apache Flink on Confluent Cloud on Azure.
To submit a request by using Azure help and support:
In the left pane of the portal, select Help + support.
Select Create a support request.
In Describe your issue, briefly describe the problem. Select Go.
In the list of services, select Confluent on Azure. Select Next.
Select the link to the Confluent support portal.
To submit a request from your resource:
In the Azure portal, go to your Confluent organization.
In the left menu, under Support + troubleshooting, select New support request.
Select the link to the Confluent portal.
