Builds an AIAgent that represents the entire pipeline.

The IServiceProvider that should provide services to the AIAgent instances.
If null, an empty IServiceProvider will be used.
Returns
An instance of AIAgent that represents the entire pipeline.
Remarks
Calls to the resulting instance will pass through each of the pipeline stages in turn.
