Exports data to an .xml file.

The Type attribute of the FEIEItemValue element specifies the type of the Value attribute for this element. The Value attribute specifies the actual value of the ItemValue.
The value used for the Type attribute is a value from the VarEnum enumeration. For more information, see "VarEnum Enumeration" in the Microsoft .NET Framework Class Library.
