Gets or sets a value that controls whether the service publishes its health information at the address specified by the HttpsGetUrl attribute.

The HttpsGetEnabled property corresponds to the value of the HttpsGetEnabled attribute of a <serviceHealth> element. If the attribute is not defined in a configuration file, its default value is true. The property defines the value of the ServiceHealthBehavior.HttpsGetEnabled property.
