This procedure shows how to use a previously defined record template to create a new record. To complete this procedure, you must first complete the "Create a record template to facilitate data entry" procedure.
This procedure uses the USMF company.
- In the Navigation pane, go to Fixed assets > Fixed assets > Fixed assets.
- Select New. You're prompted to select a template. Select the one that corresponds to your business need.
- In the list, find and select the desired record.
- Select OK.
