New in version 2022.2.1 (4.1 R2)
- Nuance-hosted systems only, US English only: With Dragon Medical Server 2021.4, Dragon Medical Virtual Assistant trigger phrases were updated as follows [HCPLAT-2050]:
Development organization: The default trigger phrases have changed from hey Dragon and OK Dragon to hey Florence and OK Florence. These defaults are for testing and development purposes only during the evaluation phase; they are not intended for end users in production organizations.
Production system: You need to define app-specific trigger phrases for your end users in production organizations. This cannot be done programmatically; to define trigger phrases, contact Nuance product management. Once your custom trigger phrases are configured, the development defaults will no longer work.

*End-of-life: third-party environments
Support for third-party environments is only valid as long as they are supported by the corresponding vendor and might be subject to other restrictions. Please contact Nuance Technical Support for details. For more information, see the documentation delivered with the third-party product and supporting Nuance documentation.
When standard support by the vendor has stopped, Nuance will continue support if an issue is specific to the Nuance solution, within the limitations of the vendor's standard end-of-life and Nuance's policy. This means that issues that are a combination of the vendor's component and the Nuance solution cannot be supported.
