Get IoT security aggregated alert

Description

The Get-AzIotSecurityAnalyticsAggregatedAlert cmdlet returns one or more aggregated alerts on devices of iot hub. The name of the aggregated alerts is a combination of the alert type and the alert aggregated date, separated by '/'.
