This error occurs when the ClearQuest converter cannot load information about Team Foundation Server from the computer on which the converter ran. A possible cause is that you have not connected to the Team Foundation Server from Team Explorer when logged in as the same account used to run the converter.
To correct this error
- Specify the full server URI. The full server URI is https://server:port. For example the AdventureWorks server URI is https://AdventureWorks:8080.
To correct this error
- Connect to Team Foundation Server through Team Explorer. This will store information about the server on the client computer. For more information, see How to: Connect to Team Foundation Server.
