This enumeration contains values that specify whether an operation code run on a Windows CE-based device is blocking.

• RAPI_GETDEVICE_NONBLOCKING
  The opcode is non-blocking.
• RAPI_GETDEVICE_BLOCKING
  This value is not supported. Always use RAPI_GETDEVICE_NONBLOCKING
