Checks employee before calculatations.

   [NoYes _errorMessage, 
    boolean _ignoreHiringCheck, 
    boolean _checkDismissal])

• _dateCalc
  Type: ReportPeriod_RU Extended Data Type
  The date to perform calculation on.

• _errorMessage
  Type: NoYes Enumeration
  The error message should be shown if yes.

• _ignoreHiringCheck
  Type: boolean
  The hiring checks will be ignored if true.

• _checkDismissal
  Type: boolean
  The employee is dismissed check will be performed if true.

Return Value

Type: boolean
false if empoloyee checks found errors, otherwise true.
