TAMPromotionCust::copyChildren Method

Copies the selected node and any children to the promotion customer list.

  Type: FormTreeControl Class
  Tree that logic is copying from.

• _currentIdx
  Type: int
  Current node being processed.

• _promotionID
  Type: TAMPromotionID Extended Data Type
  Promotion ID that this promotion customer record relates to.
