The TRANSPORTEVENT structure describes an error or warning event encountered by the transport.

Syntax

Members

• pszSourceDLL
  The transport's source DLL.
• pszSourceProfile
  The profile string that the transport was passed in through the IMailSyncHandler::Initialize method.
• hr
  HRESULT value corresponding to the error.
• dwSeverity
  Severity of the error; not used by Messaging.
• cbData
  Count of bytes pointed to by pbData.
• pbData
  Extra data that transport can store away for its own use.

Remarks

When the transport's IMailSyncHandler::DecodeEvent method is called, it is passed the same TRANSPORTEVENT structure that it used when calling the IMailSyncCallBack::LogEvent method.
