This function requests for synchronization to stop.

Return Values
If successful, this method returns S_OK. An error code indicates failure.
Remarks
This is a device-side method. It can be called from applications running on a Microsoft® Windows® CE–based device. This method cannot be called from a desktop application.
This function returns immediately and does not wait for synchronization to stop.
