The default cache settings creator.

Parameters

  Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSite
  Site that the cache belongs to.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing.SiteCacheSettings
A new cache settings object.

Remarks

Determines if these settings have already been retrieved, and if they have, this method uses the cached version.
