Determines whether the issue tracked by the workflow instance is not resolved.

Parameters

• sender
  Type: System.Object

  The source of the event.

  Type: System.Workflow.Activities.ConditionalEventArgs

  The data for the event.

Remarks

This method is a code condition that evaluates to false if the issue tracked by the workflow instance has been deleted, or the state of this issue has been changed to its middle state; otherwise, it evaluates to true.
