SP.ULS.enabled Property

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the Unified Logging Service (ULS) is enabled.

var value = SP.ULS.get_enabled(); 
SP.ULS.set_enabled(value);

Type: Boolean

true if the ULS is enabled; otherwise, false.
