RemoteScopes.GetSharedScope Method

Gets the specified global Scope that is available on any server in the SPFarm.

Parameters

• name
  Type: System.String

  The name of the Scope.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Administration.Scope
A global Search scope.

Remarks

The name must be not null . It must be a non-empty string that does not exceed 60 characters.
