This override registers the cascading style sheet (CSS) file named “portal.css”, and also registers ECMAScript (JavaScript, JScript) files named “HtmlMenus.js” and “owsbrowws.js”. Not all ECMAScript (JavaScript, JScript) are registered for unsupported browsers.
