The CallState enumeration defines the state of a phone call.
The values of CallState are:
- None
No call control CSTA message has been exchanged. - MonitorStarted
The MonitorStart CSTA message has been exchanged. - AgentStateReady
The SetAgentState CSTA message has been exchanged. - DeliveredEventReceived
An incoming call has been received but not yet answered. - Established
Either an inbound call or an outbound call has been established.
