Remarks

In most cases, Project calculates the ASSN_ACT_COST as shown in the following formula.

ASSN_ACT_COST = (ASSN_ACT_WORK * RES_STD_RATE) + (ASSN_ACT_OVT_WORK * RES_OVT_RATE) + RES_COST_PER_USE

If PROJ_OPT_CALC_ACT_COSTS is set to false, you can set the actual cost in your program.
