Property value

Type: System.Double
Initially, TASK_REM_COST is the same as TASK_COST. After the assigned resources begin work on the task and report actual work, Project calculates the remaining cost as follows:
TASK_REM_COST = (TASK_REM_WORK * Standard Rate) + TASK_REM_OVT_COST.
