Read-only.

When you first add a resource, RES_ACT_OVT_WORK contains zero (0). As the resource reports any actual overtime work on any assigned tasks, this overtime work is reflected in RES_ACT_OVT_WORK.

Work is stored as thousandths of a minute. For example, 10 minutes is represented as 10000.
