	Name	Description
	BasePath	Gets or sets the base path for BITS uploads. The default value is %TEMP%. This is a singleton value that persists.

Thread Safety

Any public static ( Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
