This procedure describes how to restart a member.
To restart a member
In the Application Center snap-in, right-click the member to restart.
On the pop-up menu, point to All Tasks, and then click Restart Cluster Member.
Click OK to confirm restart of the member.
Application Center restarts the member immediately.

Caution When you restart a member, client requests are not drained and all existing connections are terminated. Users will not be able to connect to the member while it is restarting. Before restarting a member, set it offline and drain existing connections.
