You can synchronize applications at any time by performing an on–demand synchronization. You can synchronize all applications across the entire cluster, only a specific application across the entire cluster, or all applications to a specific member.

Note COM+ applications and global ISAPI filters are automatically synchronized on a member when it is added to a cluster. Any changes in COM+ applications after this must be synchronized manually by deploying them to each cluster member explicitly.
