Use the Series Label Properties dialog box to define options for labels that are placed on each data point of a series. When you define series labels, labels will appear for every data point on a series.

Select a keyword that will be shown on the data point label. For more information about keywords, see Formatting Data Points on a Chart in SQL Server Books Online.
