Initializes an instance of the Category class using the specified tModel key and the categorization identifier.

Parameters

• tModelKey
  The string that specifies the unique key reference to a tModel used to identify the categorization scheme.

• keyValue
  The string that specifies the identifier for the categorization in the UDDI types taxonomy.
